Welcome to our hostel

The Eden project is one of Cornwall’s most famous, iconic and popular attractions. An architectural marvel and environmental education project made up of several Biomes each containing different environments and plant species. The project is favoured by school groups and those on educational trips due to the unique insight it gives students of all ages into the bio-diversity of the natural world.

Our hostel is now the official on-site group accommodation provider for the Eden project, catering for educational school trips, field trips, corporate trips and educational group getaways alike. The hostel is truly unique - it consists of 58 modern, en-suite bedrooms made from shipping containers, comfortably equipped with air conditioning and TV’s. The space has been used cleverly meaning it is perfectly suited to accommodate groups of all sizes. YHA Eden Project is set conveniently nearby the stunning beaches of the south and north Cornwall coast, as well as being close to postcard-perfect seaside towns such as Fowey, Charlestown and Mevagissey.

With the high quality facilities of both the Eden Project and the group hostel on your doorstep, the opportunities for groups are endless. Take advantage of a range of activities on offer to school trips, families and friends alike: walk through the world’s largest captivity rainforest, check out Eden Project events held throughout the year, and access unforgettable learning opportunities which will leave you and your students with a new appreciation for the natural world and our place within it. The hostel is fully LOtC certified and offers teacher’s free familiarisation trips prior to booking, as well as one free leader space for every 10 students.
