Hostelling International Tripbook for

Group accommodation in Bruges

9 Entries

Our group accommodation in Bruges is surrounded by the beautiful, the charming and the medieval attributes of the city. The Flemish city of Bruges is the Belgium's most popular destination for city breaks, school trips and educational visits alike – and it’s not hard to see why. Located in the north west of Belgium and referred to by some as ‘The Venice of the North’ – this delightful little city is full of windy canals and bridges, gorgeous medieval architecture and charming cobbled streets. A stay in our central Bruges hostel will make you and your group feel as though you've stepped back in time. The UNESCO World Heritage Site has plenty of attractions to offer groups too, including the famed Basilica of the Holy Blood, the Church of Our Lady and the 13th century Belfry of Bruges (if you’re feeling energetic and can tackle 370 steps!) No group trip to Bruges would be complete without one of its two most famous exports: chocolate and beer. The city has a vibrant bar and pub scene for testing the local brews, and there’s no shortage of chocolate shops and museums to satisfy that sweet tooth.
